The third Country Fair will take place on Sunday, 16 January at the Renmin University Gym (find the campus on a map here, and pinpoint the gym here).
This time there will be more participants: farmers, distributors, organic chefs and restauranteurs, organic food consumers’ unions, academics and students from Ren Da’s environmental department, and more. Pangbianr will continue to help collate data from these diverse parties into the Beijing Organic Farm Map.
There will also be music and food! Eclectic singer-songwriter Rosa Tu will perform on guitar, and a collection of Country Fair’s organizers will prepare a fresh, organic menu of food made entirely from ingredients donated by the farmers.
The event is free but you’re encouraged to buy food! (The rent for the space is coming out of the organizers’ pockets.) Find directions and a full list of participants below, and please pass it along to your friends:

1月16日在人民大学的健身房会有第三个“集市”活动（看：人大地图；健身房地图）。
这次会有更多人：农夫，批发商，厨师，餐馆老板，人大的老师和学生。旁边儿还要改进我们以前开始的北京有机农场地图。
也会有音乐和吃的东西！杜文云，一个美国的歌手，会演。集市的组织人会做饭，都是农夫供应的菜。
