Derek Vincent in homeland

My friend, the Boston-based photographer Derek Vincent, was recently picked up by Fujian’s homeland magazine.
Derek has no ostensible connection to China but I like to see this kind of forward-thinking, Flickr-trolling initiative on homeland‘s part. They saw his work online and published some photos and an interview.
Anyone want to take a shot at translating?
