Just noticed that pangbianr has another tangential review in the October issue of Time Out Beijing: Jordan‘s bagel business, Hegel’s Bagels, got a brief write-up as well. Ironically it’s positioned alongside an event organized by incumbent Beijing bagel magnate Mrs. Shanen.
