Saw the Spex again at Mao. They were a little more subdued this time. Before them was a band called Golden Driver, they were really fuzzy around the edges and I liked them a lot. The bassist of Offset Spex told me they’re having a cassette release show at D22 on June 14, which is impossible because D22 is closed on mondays. I’m going to show up on June 15 and hope for the best.
