Deadly Cradle Death – “Deadly Keithyeetal”

It all started at the Cease to Exist show during SXSW 2011. He Fan of Carsick Cars/Birdstriking wandered in on a set by nomadic power electronics maestro Sewn Leather. The set seared a powerful blueprint in He Fan’s mind. Upon returning to Beijing he teamed up with fellow Psychoney collective member Liu Xinyu, and DEADLY CRADLE DEATH was born.

Though they’ve only played one show, they’re the most exciting new Beijing band I’ve seen in a long, long time. Stream one song above and find another on their douban page. They’re playing in Shanghai on July 8th and again at Raying Temple on July 23rd along with Soviet Pop, Hot & Cold and Felicita.
